Dinosaur Coloring Pages and Activities - Raah!

Kids love dinosaurs and kids love crayons, pencils and painting. So coloring dinosaur pictures makes a great activity for toddlers, preschoolers and older kids.
There are lots of free dino coloring pages available on the web, but the quality varies considerably.

If you know where to look, you can get straight to coloring a T-Rex or a Pteranodon without spending lots of time searching. There are educational dinosaur coloring pages to learn dinosaur facts or learn the alphabet.

What color do you think a Triceratops was? What about Parasaurolophus? Paleontologists are still learning what color dinosaurs really were so you can make them whatever color you like! There are pages based on TV shows and movies like the very popular Dinosaur Train, Diego, Ice Age 3, Land Before Time and Dinosaur King.
Do you want to color Buddy and Tiny? What about Diego and Maia the Maiasaura. And don't forget Littlefoot.

Our favorites are a special collection of free dinosaur coloring pages by Paul Stickland, author of the great toddler book Dinosaur Roar! These dinosaurs are full of character and a big hit in our house. For young digital artists, online dino paint programs where you can paint prehistoric scenes are fantastic fun. Create a picture from the Jurassic era! This is a great activity for kids. You can also get dino coloring books and activities to buy - these make great birthday or Christmas gifts or treats on a rainy day.
You can get a dinosaur T-shirt with washable markers than you can create your own design with over and over.
Prehistoric posters colored by your child are also good fun.

There's even a great dinosaur puzzle to color - our kids love puzzles and coloring so this is a great idea.
